Chartered Accountant with almost 2 decades of professional experience in corporate structuring, international taxation, M&A; pre IPO, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. As a principal consultant at Khaizan Consultancy, Ghan plays a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex cross-border business setup and governance matters.
